Banquet Beatitudes

Well, Carl arranged another Banquet to remember. The speaker, raconteur Toly Arutunoff, confirmed why his book is titled "One Off'", cause he is one. And, he was accompanied by his charismatic wife Karen, who appears to handle the organization, scheduling, and the necessary delimiting of their exotic lifestyle.

Attendance was excellent, as was the food. Carl kept the program moving with his banter and an award for "Wistful Thinking" to Traci Murphy for continuing to campaign her Morgan on events although minor adjustments are often in order.

We welcomed several non-club members, who we hope will join . . . with or without a Morgan. Join the people's British Car Club - the Morgan Motor Car Club.

Anyway, Toly reminisced on his exploits in Morgans, including a national SCCA championship, as well as exploits at Sebring, the Mille Miglia, Targa Florio and beyond. And he even indicated he's started a second book. It was a "Great Event" - not to have been missed.
